The Academy Award winning film "Argo" starring Ben Affleck is based on the rescue of six American diplomats who became hostages in 1979 in the Iran Hostage Crisis. A team was sent into Iran under the guise of being a film production crew, making a cheesy film entitled "Argo."

The plan works and during a suspenseful and tense departure from the country, the hostages are rescued and returned to safety." Argo" is an interesting film. The casting and costumes were good. However, overall, aspects of the film could have been more detailed, but it followed the line other retellings of this true story followed.
