In the film "Brewster's Millions" major league pitcher, Montgomery Brewster, played by Richard Pryor, must spend $30,000,000 in 30 days to gain a $300,000,000 inheritance, lest it goes to a law firm.

However, his spending sprees keep going wrong. He falls in love with a paralegal, Angela, played by Lonette McKee, who is meant to assist him on his spending spree, in an effort to gain his inheritance.

This film was somewhat average. It becomes so bland at points. There was so much more that could have been done with the storyline.
