“Fugitive At 17” is a flick about a 17-year-old hacker and her rich friend of the same age, who are on probation after a drug arrest. After going to a party, things go very wrong leading to the hacker becoming a fugitive at age 17, attempting to solve a mystery concerning her.

“Fugitive At 17” is a low budget independent film. The acting was average, as is the case with quite a few low budget films. I’ve seen worse in some big budget films. The camera work was above average with decent lighting, giving the move a more expensive feel.
