"Miss Dial" is a romantic comedy starring actress Robinne Lee and actor Sam Jaeger with an appearance by Gabrielle Union. Lee and Jaeger did a good job in their roles. Lee's character, Erica, is customer service rep, who works out of her home over the telephone. She receives calls all day regarding products she must exhibit a vast knowledge of in order to address the public's concerns and questions.

One day out of boredom she begins randomly calling people for company, as her boyfriend has been cheating on her. In doing so, she encounters a nice man, Jaeger's character, Kyle and they strike up a relationship. In the end, itís somewhat funny how they meet.

This film had potential but drags in some parts in what could have been really entertaining. The movie could have done without the talking on the phone whilst on the toilet scene. Another scene that could have been left out is the one featuring the nude man with the strategically placed laptop to cover his private parts. It damaged the rating, thus limiting the audience.
