"Red Dawn" is the action film starring Chris Hemsworth as U.S. Marine Jed Eckert, who leads a group of teens in fighting against a foreign invasion by North Korean soldiers, aided by Russia. The group puts up a big fight against the soldiers, using weapons and home made devices.

"Red Dawn" starts off well, but derails quickly into boredom. A number of scenes drag, slowing down the momentum of the film, which is somewhat confusing at times. The film had promise, but didn't live up to the opening hype.
